3) Accounts (ARQV ID)
To access certain features, you may create an account (“ARQV ID”).
You agree to:

- Be responsible for all activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4) Products & Orders
All purchases made through our store are subject to availability and acceptance.
We reserve the right to:

5) QR Labels & Digital Profiles
Some ARQV products include QR labels linked to a digital profile (“ARQV ID”).
You understand and agree:
- QR labels are linked to your account and may be used to access your profile
- You are responsible for the content associated with your profile
- We may disable or restrict QR labels that violate our policies or are used abusively
We do not guarantee continuous availability or performance of QR-linked features.
6) Subscriptions & Paid Features
Certain features (such as advanced analytics or location insights) may require a paid subscription.
By subscribing, you agree:
- You will be charged on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly)
- You authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge your payment method
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
Your access to paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
We may modify pricing or features with reasonable notice.
7) Acceptable Use
You agree to use ARQV in compliance with our Community Guidelines.
You must not:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Use the platform for scams, spam, or manipulation
- Upload or link harmful, misleading, or unsafe content
We may take action against accounts that violate these rules.
8) User Content
You retain ownership of content you create or share.
By using ARQV, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

- Operate
your content as needed to provide the Services.
You are responsible for your content and any links you share.
9) Copyright & DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same.
If you believe that content on ARQV infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under applicable copyright law (including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, where applicable).
Your notice should include:
- A description of the copyrighted work
- The location of the allegedly infringing content
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

- Linked destinations from QR labels
Use them at your own risk.

We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access
- Error-free operation
- Accuracy of user-generated content
